The purpose of Utah Property Connection (UPC) is to connect buyer and seller in the Utah real estate market. As such UPC is not involved with, or responsible for, any real estate contract terms or the liability connected thereto.

All money collected by UPC is considered a finders fee, and or, a referral fee that will be paid upon closing. If for some reason the property is not sold to a UPC arranged buyer there will be no fees charged.

The UPC fee to the selling party is simply 1% of the sale price.
