The purpose of Utah Property Connection (UPC) is to connect buyer and seller in the Utah real estate market. As such UPC is not involved with, or responsible for any real estate contract terms or the liability connected thereto.
All money collected by UPC is considered a finders fee, and or, referral fee that will be paid upon closing. If for some reason the property is not sold to a buyer arranged by UPC, there will be no fees charged.
The UPC fee to the buyer is simply $500. Funds will be collected upon closing.
By submitting an offer to UPC you are in no way under legal contract, however it is fully expected that you will honor the same offer terms when executing the real estate purchase contract with the seller.
